Copy Cat Project!
The AMMSMusicZone "Copy
Cat" project involves finding songs that have been
re-recorded or copied by another artist. There are hundreds of these
songs. Below you will find a few examples of "copy
cat" songs as well as a sample
project.
The ultimate would be if students can do the written project as well
as bring in example recordings of both versions of the song. If you
are unable to find the recordings for your project, I will be happy to
get them for you (as long as you don't wait until the last minute to ask
me)!
