1. Be sure you have the numbered disc that was assigned to you.

2. Put your disc in the 3 1/2 inch drive.  Metal goes in first with the label up.
        (If your not sure,  ask please!)

3. On the desktop click on  "My Computer"

4. Right click on 3 1/2 floppy

5. Click Format

6.Click the radio button or dot in front of Full

7.Click  Start

8. Click Close

9. X out of both boxes

10. Please record your disc number in your notebook so you don't have to ask me every day.
